1. Policy Scope & Legal Entity

This Privacy Policy describes how Techhaven ("we", "our", or "us"), operating under the trade name Greymet Technology, collects, uses, and protects your information when you access or play the mobile application Ludo Masters on Android.

Greymet Technology is a technology brand owned and operated by Techhaven.

2. Information Collected & Integrated SDKs

Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") respects user privacy. Ludo Masters can be played as a Guest with no personal information required. Optional third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated into the game collect the identifiers below for multiplayer, backend, and advertising functionality:

A. PlayFab (Backend & Player Profile)

PlayFab stores your in-game player profile so progress, coin balance, and unlocked items sync across sessions:

Guest device identifier or linked Facebook ID
Display name, avatar, coin balance, and in-game statistics
Match history and leaderboard standings

B. Photon (Real-Time Multiplayer & Chat)

Photon Unity Networking powers live multiplayer tables. In-table "chat" is limited to developer-authored preset phrases and emoji reactions (no free-text messaging between players), relayed via Photon to other players at your table. Photon Chat separately handles presence status and private room invites, processing a temporary session identifier for these purposes.

Players can block and report abusive opponents directly in-game. A blocked player's ID is stored against your account (via PlayFab) so future invites/challenges from them are silently filtered, and the report is submitted to PlayFab for review. This moderation data is retained only for safety/enforcement purposes.

C. Facebook Login (Optional Social Sign-In)

Facebook Login is entirely optional. If you choose to link your account, we receive your public Facebook profile name, ID, and friends list (only to power the in-game friends/invite feature) via the Facebook SDK.

D. Google AdMob (Publisher ID: ca-app-pub-9388225038065355)

AdMob collects technical data to serve banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads:

Google Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID)
IP address, device hardware specs, and diagnostic logs
Ad view and interaction performance metrics

E. User Messaging Platform (UMP) & GDPR Consent

For users in the EEA & UK, Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") displays Google's UMP consent dialogue before serving ads. Users can adjust consent settings at any time in-game.

3. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

Ludo Masters uses an in-game virtual coin economy earned by watching optional rewarded video ads, linking or sharing via a Facebook account, or inviting friends — never by winning or losing a match. Coin bid tables are matchmaking skill tiers only: no coins are staked, deducted, or paid out based on match outcome, and coins hold no real-world monetary value. At this time, Ludo Masters does not offer any real-money in-app purchase flow to buy coins or remove ads.

5. Children's Privacy Notice

General Audience Application

Ludo Masters is a general audience board game application. It is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). Techhaven does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and Facebook Login/friend-list features should only be used by users who meet Facebook's own minimum age requirements.

6. Data Security & Retention

All network communication handled by Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") and integrated PlayFab, Photon, Facebook, and Google SDKs is encrypted in transit via standard HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3). Player profile data is retained for as long as your account/device is active and is deleted upon a verified deletion request.
