1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User" or "Player") and Techhaven, operating under the trade name Greymet Technology.
By downloading, installing, or playing Ludo Masters, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content, graphics, source code, board designs, sound effects, logos, and trademarks (including Ludo Masters and Greymet Technology) are the exclusive intellectual property of Techhaven.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game on personal Android devices strictly for non-commercial entertainment.
3. Virtual Currency & Fair Play
Ludo Masters awards in-game coins for watching optional rewarded video ads, linking or sharing via a Facebook account, and inviting friends. Coin bid tables are skill-based matchmaking tiers only — no coins are staked or paid out based on match outcome. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Use of bots, automation, or exploits to manipulate coin balances or match outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Techhaven reserves the right to reset balances or suspend accounts found abusing the coin economy.
4. Multiplayer Conduct & In-Game Chat
Real-time multiplayer tables and in-game chat are powered by Photon. Players agree not to send abusive, harassing, hateful, or illegal messages via chat, and to treat opponents with respect. Techhaven may remove access to multiplayer or chat features for users who violate this policy. Players can block and report abusive opponents directly in-game at any time; blocked players are prevented from sending you future invites and challenges.
5. Advertising & Rewarded Placement Policy
The Application incorporates Google AdMob advertisements (banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open formats). Rewarded ad bonuses (e.g. bonus coins) are granted strictly upon successful completion of the ad unit callback in compliance with Google AdMob Policies.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Ludo Masters is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techhaven ("Greymet Technology") disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for connectivity interruptions affecting real-time multiplayer matches.
